Really good Service and Elegant Atmosphere
smooth welcome elegant features convenient parking downtown view
The welcome was smooth and efficient. The lobby presents elegant features. I found the valet parking very convenient. My room overlooked the tower downtown which was a nice touch.
The bathroom layout presented some space limitations around the toilet area. This configuration might pose a challenge requiring additional space.

Hawthorn provided a delicious meal accompanied by very good service. The lounge featured enjoyable music. I found the selection of teas and coffee in the room very good.

The staff demonstrated genuine care and concern for the guests. The check-in host was warm and provided helpful information. The bell boy offered a friendly greeting. I experienced polite and prompt service from the doorman.

the staff were awesome from the bell man to the concierge. room service was also great. the location proved very convenient. i look forward to returning next year to this hotel.

A generally fine experience
comfortable room bright room excellent food high markup yoga mat phone communication
The room was bright and quite comfortable. I found the Gold Floor ambiance and food to be excellent. The laundry service was also quite good.
I found the markup on wine in the restaurant and bar to be in excess of 400%. The phone help line did not understand my simple request. I wanted a rubber bath mat but I received a yoga mat instead.
